Refunds

If you want a refund, you get one. Ask, and we refund your $9.99 — no questions, no form to justify it, and no one deciding whether you deserve it. Working out whether a refund is warranted costs more than the subscription itself, and most people writing to us about money are already carrying enough. Pick "Refund" below and send it; that is the whole process.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. We ask exactly one thing on your way out, because it is the only thing worth asking someone who is leaving: what made it not worth keeping? Answer in a sentence or skip it — either is fine.
