Free email alerts for your county

Leave an email and a county, and we will email you when the public record changes for clinicians there. Free, and the alerts cover exactly two things, nothing else:

• NPI registry changesA clinician's NPPES record in your county changes — an address change or a deactivation — shown as NPPES publishes it, with the date we read it.
• Medicare assignment changesA clinician's Medicare-assignment status changes in the CMS Doctors & Clinicians file, shown as CMS publishes it, with the date we read it.

Alert emails have not started sending yet — we are building the change checks now, and signing up puts you on the list from the first send. We store only your email and your county, we never sell or share either, and no outside marketing tool ever sees them. No health details are needed — do not include any. To come off the list at any time, use the support page.

We assemble public records and show you what they say. Every flag names its source, and carries the date we read that source where the source has one. Where we have not run a check, the page says so.
